My husband and I inherited a house that had dogs and cats in it at one time. The odor from these pets was very strong. Jeff, the owner, was meticulous in washing down everything in the house, the walls, doors, cabinets, stairs, pulling up carpeting scrubbing down the floors and painting them where needed, shampooing carpeting that wasn't pulled up, and even taking apart heaters and thoroughly cleaning them from the inside.
